绵阳67岁男子伸手扒窃竟被“环卫工”抓了！反扒民警化身，并将作案过程录下！
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 24px;"><span class="bjh-p" style="max-width: 100%;">近日，绵阳市公安局特巡警支队反扒民警在开展日常反扒工作时，将一名偷手机的男子抓获，当时反扒民警化身“环卫工”，并将作案全过程录了下来。</span></p><p></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 24px;"><span class="bjh-p" style="max-width: 100%;">1月10日上午，反扒民警身着环卫工作服，来到绵阳城区某菜市场内巡逻。没多久，民警就发现一名“熟人”,男子曾因多次盗窃被公安机关处理过。</span></p><p></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 24px;"><span class="bjh-p" style="max-width: 100%;">民警现场观察发现，该“熟人”形迹可疑，不挑肉也不选菜，眼神不断扫视周围人群的衣兜和挎包。</span></p><p></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 24px;"><span class="bjh-p" style="max-width: 100%;">“普通人不会一直看这些地方，像是在筛选什么东西。随后，我们发现一位女士站在一摊位前，左边的衣服口袋里漏出半截手机。”民警告诉记者，根据办案经验，他们推断该男子很有可能扒窃作案。</span></p><p></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 24px;"><span class="bjh-p" style="max-width: 100%;">随即，民警跟在其后方，做好隐蔽工作的同时，拿出手机录像取证。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 24px;"><span class="bjh-p" style="max-width: 100%;">“只见他右手拿着塑料袋遮挡左手，用左手将手机从衣服口袋里拿出，整个过程不超过10秒。”民警说。</span></p><p></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 24px;"><span class="bjh-p" style="max-width: 100%;">证据确凿，该男子因偷手机被抓现行。后经审讯了解，67岁的胥某某因生活拮据，便想着偷手机卖钱满足日常开销。目前，该男子已被刑事拘留。案件还在进一步侦办中。</span></p><p></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; overflow-y: auto; max-width: 100%; line-height: 24px;"><span class="bjh-p" style="max-width: 100%;">采访中记者了解到，每天在绵阳城区的各个角落都有反扒民警的身影，他们化身各个职业，守护者大家的“钱袋子”。</span></p><p><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="http://bbs.xishuw.com/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v133_k7F" id="wcn_editor_css"/>
