65);">2021年4月21日20时57分，甘孜州公安局食药环筹建办会同九龙县市场监管局、九龙县公安局刑事侦查大队对该县御龙府火锅店依法进行检查。</span>检查过程中，工作人员发现该店厨房存在异常火锅底油。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 0.5px;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 0.5px;">经查，<span style="color: rgb(255, 76, 65);text-decoration: underline;">该油系御龙府火锅店厨师方某利用客人食用后的火锅底油，过滤、凝固、提取、重新加工而成，并再次加入消费者火锅中食用。</span>办案人员在现场查扣已制作好的“老油”16.1公斤，半成品93.9公斤，查扣漏勺、推车等作案工具，并扣押相关票据及账本。</p><section><br style="outline: 0px;"/></section><p underline;">2018年7月，犯罪嫌疑人郭某某、赵某、卢某、景某某、苏某某、杨某共同出资60万元在九龙县呷尔镇入城大道70号合伙开设御龙府火锅店，自开业至案发，郭某某、赵某等人明知食用地沟油损害人体健康，仍然安排厨师利用客人食用后的火锅底油，经过滤、冷却等工序制作“老油”，并将“老油”添加进火锅中供消费者食用。</span>经初查，涉案金额约700余万元。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 0.5px;"><br/></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 0.5px;">近日，该案公开审理。九龙县人民法院一审判处郭某某有期徒刑6年6个月并处罚金55000元人民币。判处赵某有期徒刑6年并处罚金50000元人民币。其余7人也分别被判处一年至4年不等有期徒刑，并处5000至40万不等的罚金。同时，法院还判处被告公益诉讼惩罚性赔偿金450万，并公开赔礼道歉。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: underline;">一些火锅店将餐厨废弃垃圾和动物废弃脂肪通过提炼加工制作成的所谓“老油”，又被称为“口水油”，实际上就是地沟油，里面含有铅、砷、黄曲霉素和苯并芘等有毒有害致癌物质，存在极大的食品安全问题。</span>这种行为是明令禁止，警方坚决打击的。</p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;letter-spacing: 0.5px;"><br/></p><p
