style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">张某自认“安全”后，又掉头顺向往渠县方向驶去，行驶至静边收费站，因ETC卡口报警异常信息出站受阻，遂再次逆行至主线向南充方向逃窜，直到被民警挡获。</span><span style="color: rgb(122, 68, 66);text-decoration:
