border-box;">2018年9月，教育部制定印发了《关于面向中小学生的全国性竞赛活动管理办法（试行）》，对面向中小学生的竞赛活动作出规范要求。《关于面向中小学生的全国性竞赛活动管理办法（试行）》实施以来，教育部已连续三年公布通过审核的竞赛清单，取消了学前教育阶段各类竞赛和义务教育阶段学科类竞赛，大幅削减了竞赛数量，基本斩断了竞赛与培训挂钩的利益链，有效遏制了竞赛横生的乱象，逐步缓解了竞赛带来的培训热，全面减轻了因竞赛带来的学生过重课外负担。</p><p
