确定是虚假？虚假就是诈骗，请又立案调查，如果不是，那就是真的，绵阳这样的机构太多了，

这就是这个社会的奇葩。全世界应该找不到吧，学习会是错。如果自己小孩成绩不好咋办，自己不懂会没有时间，学校不准社会不准，那自己小孩是不是就不读了直接走向社会。
