border-box;">“我们属于电子电路制造企业，在设计阶段就秉持节水及回用理念，在设备选型时也将节水作为一项重要指标。公司现在拥有循环能力每小时1200立方米的冷却水塔，另外通过合理改善水平线设备溢流量，每年可节约用水约9万立方米。”说起工业节水技术，公司总经理盛利召如数家珍。通过各项节水措施，公司用水重复利用率超过92%，间接冷却水循环率超过98%。</p><p border-box;">华电淄博热电有限公司属于传统高耗水行业，多年前便开始探索节水之路。“过去的灰坝，污水沉淀后堆满灰渣。”公司企划部主任李辉回忆，“自从改进了除灰工艺，如今不仅不再向灰坝排放灰渣、冲灰水，而且灰渣还实现了再利用。”</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;">2016年以来，华电淄博热电有限公司先后完成两台发电机组高背压改造，采暖季可减少循环水消耗172万吨；去年投资1.05亿元，进行了深度优化用水第一阶段改造，目前系统已完成调试并投入运行。初步测算，投运后每年可节约用水47万吨。</p><p style="white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing:
