255);">该行为</span>涉嫌违反《中华人民共和国水污染防治法》第三十九条。当日经审批同意立案调查并送达责令改正违法行为决定书，责令该企业立即停止违法行为，进行改正。并对相关设施进行查封。 </p><p style="white-space: normal;box-sizing: border-box;"><br style="box-sizing:
