记者在现场看到，房屋外的围墙用红砖搭建，墙体严重倾斜。屋内用几根简易木头支撑房顶，一处隔断墙体的墙身已出现严重断裂。“这个围墙不具备承重功能，且倾斜、开裂、风化严重，棚内的简易支柱用于临时性支撑，有随时垮塌的风险。”市住建委房屋安全专家黄春梅向记者介绍，房屋外墙有明显反碱，会加速风化，建议采取紧急预案处理，及时对房屋进行拆除。</span></p><p style="white-space:
