2px;">对于夏某的行为，周某认为其是故意欺骗感情，并有诈骗的嫌疑，多次夏某索要“恋爱”期间的转款，但夏某在返还3100元后便以各种理由搪塞。无奈之下，周某向警方报案，而警方在调查后认为，现有证据不足以证明夏某涉嫌诈骗，双方的转款应属于借贷纠纷。随后，周某便起诉至平武法院，请求判令夏某返还“恋爱”期间的全部转款。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2px;">法院审理后认为，恋爱期间的小额财产赠与或者日常消费系维持感情的必要支出，属于正当支出，可以不予返还。但本案中涉案金额高达82658元，已超出正常情侣之间的日常消费需要，应当进一步审查转款发生时双方的真实意思表示。同时，周某故意隐瞒已婚事实与夏某以恋人关系相处，有欺骗感情的嫌疑，其行为有悖于传统公德，违背社会公序良俗，于法于理均不应支持。</span></p><p><br/></p><p
