text-indent: 2em;">同时，涪城区城郊街道办事处还开展乱停乱放整治专项行动。以优化停车资源、缓解停车供需矛盾为突破口，合理利用居民区内公共空间和区域，规范设置停车泊位，最大限度满足市民车辆停放需求，累计新增停车位4600余个。而且还联合区综合执法局，采取“面上车巡、段上步巡、点上值守”的方式加强日常巡查，做到“教育在先，取证在前，处罚在后，量罚得当”。安排街道交通协管员与村社区文明交通劝导员，引导车辆按指定泊车方位停放车辆，规范共享单车管理，及时清理超额投放和乱停乱放车辆，精准破解小区停车难问题。</p><p style="text-align:justify;
