color: #548dd4;"> 卒中（俗称“中风”）具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高和复发率高的“四高”特点，发病急、病情进展迅速、后果严重，全世界每4个人中就有1个人会发生卒中，每6秒钟就有1个人死于卒中，每6秒钟就有1个人因卒中而残疾，病患家庭将因此蒙受巨大的经济损失和身心痛苦。发生卒中后，每分钟大约有190万个脑细胞死亡，脑组织及其所支配的运动、语言、认知及情感等多个功能也将同步逐渐丧失，但是，如果卒中症状能够被早期识别，患者在发病4.5小时之内被及时送达有救治卒中患者能力的（综合）卒中中心医院，得到规范的血管开通治疗，多数可以明显恢复，甚至完全恢复，健康良好的生活质量也将得到挽救。因此，及时发现卒中的早期症状极其重要，越早发现，越早诊治，治疗和康复效果也就越好。时间就是大脑，时间就是生命。</span></p><p style="text-align:center;
