id="wcn_editor_css"/>应该有专门处理那些溜狗不牵绳、不清理粪便、养大型犬的人手。现在的情况是警察不管、城管懒得管、政府没有时间管，全靠养犬人自觉。养犬人既当裁判员又当运动员，狗狗越来越多了
支持，就应该好好整治了。
本来小区绿化很好，散步很舒服，可是看到到处都是狗屎，养狗的人也不处理，感觉恶心，给物管说了也没用
还是有那么多养狗不拴绳的。太没素质了 关键是有人管，弄这些有啥子用，，，， 建议：所有小区物业牵头，开展自查，并将自查结果上报所在社区，由社区按层级上报。如有漏报瞒报，给市民造成后果的，在追究养狗人责任的同时，连带追究物业责任

说的对，就是没有人管 我邻居的大黑狗也是禁止养的，可别个一直在养，见人就扑起咬，太吓人了 怎么处罚才是重点，所有的约束都是靠法律程序执行，对于这种危害公共安全的应该执行更严厉的处罚。 支持支持支持支持支持
