石马镇：铿锵迈步新征程 乡村振兴再提速

text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-weight: normal; font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; font-size: 14px;">全年疏挖田间沟渠5000米，整治水利灌溉沟渠3000米、病危塘库4座。全年整治撂荒地139亩、“非农化”68亩。深入推进“厕所革命”，全镇公共厕所增至15处，实现村村有公厕；2022年新进行户厕改造30户，全镇卫生厕所和无害化卫生厕所普及率达到99.4%。深入开展城乡环境综合提质“三年行动”，推行“一组一保洁员”措施，全镇现有保洁员113名，村级垃圾收集车20辆，投放垃圾桶600余个，镇财政匹配经费60万元专项用于农村垃圾收集转运等垃圾治理工作，在农村地区全面推行了收费治理模式。全面落实农村生活污水治理，运用现有农村沼气消纳农村生活污水，农村地区已杜绝生活污水乱排现象；新建管网将拆迁安置点房屋全部纳入场镇污水处理系统，消除了场镇周边生活污水乱排放隐患。</span></span></p><section class="_135editor" data-role="title" data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="119028"><section style="margin: 10px auto; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-family: 微软雅黑, Microsoft YaHei; background-color: transparent; caret-color: red;">坚持党建引领，加强基层组织建设。全年新发展农村党员13名，整顿完成软弱涣散党组织1个。持续做好镇村两项改革后半篇文章工作，深化村级治理体系建设，储备后备农村干部15名，轮训村（社区）两委常职干部150人次，加快试点横山社区“邻聚力社治客厅”等社会治理创新方法，积极探索城乡结合部党建引领基层治理新模式。奋力提振集体经济，全面完成集体经济组织产权制度改革，因村施策壮大集体经济，全镇15个村集体经济组织年收入均超3万元，其中有3个村（社区）年收入超30万元；按政策为6个村（社区）划拨集体经济发展预留土地75亩，市场价值约1亿元，切实增强集体经济组织发展后劲。</span><br/></p><p style="text-indent:43px"><br/></p><p style="text-align:right;text-indent: 43px;"><span style="font-weight: normal;
