15px;">二、2022年11月16日至19日，公安机关将对九洲体育馆、会展中心区域进行治安管制，敬请观展的广大人民群众自觉服从执勤民警和工作人员的管理和引导，遵守场内管理规定，主动接受安全检查，严禁携带易燃易爆、枪支弹药、管制刀具、危化品、无人机等违禁物品及各类液体饮料、包裹入场。严禁在科博会现场及周边利用民用无人驾驶航空器进行各类飞行活动。</span></p><p><br/></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">为维护第十届中国（绵阳）科技城国际科技博览会期间九洲体育馆、会展中心区域空中安全和公共安全，根据《反恐怖主义法》、国务院《民用机场管理条例》、国务院《关于促进通用航空业发展的指导意见》、四川省人民政府《四川省民用无人驾驶航空器安全管理暂行规定》等有关法律法规规定，现通告如下：</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">一、民用无人驾驶航空器是指：没有机载驾驶员操纵、自备飞行控制系统，最大起飞重量大于0.25千克（含0.25千克），并从事非军事、警务和海关飞行任务的航空器。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">二、2022年11月16日至19日科博会期间，九洲体育馆、会展中心区域内禁止一切单位、组织和个人未经许可利用民用无人驾驶航空器进行各类飞行活动。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">三、科博会期间，绵阳南郊机场净空保护区域内禁止一切单位、组织和个人利用无人驾驶航空器进行各类体育、娱乐、广告性飞行活动。对于其他性质的飞行活动，应当依法审批同意后，方可实施。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;"><br/></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;">四、科博会期间，公安机关将依法对民用无人驾驶航空器实施管理，并加大巡查力度。对于违规飞行行为，公安机关将联合民航等有关部门依法查处。违规飞行行为违反治安管理规定的，由公安机关依照《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》予以处罚；情节严重构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。</span></p><p><span style="font-size:
