“昨天垃圾车才来转运了，所以看起来已经比平时好了很多了。”一位小区居民一边说，一边给记者出示了几天前她拍摄的照片，照片中的垃圾房及其周边垃圾满溢，污水横流，看上去十分杂乱。“垃圾车一个星期才来清运一次，你想一下，两百多户人，一星期会产生多少垃圾？”该居民有些无奈地说。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: “这个垃圾房是当初开发商留下来的，和我们业委会和物业都没有关系。”小区业委会主任王思翠在接受记者采访时说，垃圾房占用的是小区公共面积，能不能拆除，需要根据有关规定，让全体业主来表决。“如果拆除了，垃圾又该丢到哪里去？这些问题我们都在考虑，业委会也已经向社区进行了反映，在尽力解决这个事情。”至于业主们反映垃圾一周才清运一次，王思翠解释说：“我们是属于老旧小区，通道本身就比较窄，再加上没有地下停车场，业主把车辆放在小区路面上，垃圾清运车通行不便。”</span></p><p
