background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">为深入推进城乡环境综合提质三年行动取得实效，持续改善市民生活居住环境，根据市委、市政府统一部署，近日，我市印发《城市住宅小区违法建设专项整治行动方案》,从即日起，将针对全市范围内的城市住宅小区和在建房地产开发项目，开展为期两年的违法建设专项整治。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.75em; font-family: Helvetica, Droid Sans, Microsoft Yahei, Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 自去年以来，高新区世茂云锦小区楼顶多处违章搭建，收到市民举报后，高新区综合执法大队立即调查处置，约谈当事人宣讲相关政策的同时，展开立案查处，先后下发书面《责令改正通知书》《责令停止建设决定》和《调查通知书》等。实施过程中，执法人员每日巡查，并建立“城管+物业”联动机制，物业全天候巡查，一旦发现违建，第一时间通知执法人员。经耐心劝导，违建当事人自行拆除了违法建筑，有效消除了楼栋安全隐患。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 与此同时，城区各地也不断加大违建整治力度。游仙区今年就对市民反映强烈的位于石马镇横山社区的浪琴湾小区顶楼违规搭建实施了集中整治。据介绍，该小区顶楼违建始于2018年，到后来越演越烈，严重影响整栋建筑质量安全，阻碍消防应急通道以及后期房屋规划验收。得知情况后，经石马镇、游仙区综合行政执法局会同多部门共同研究，将该小区顶楼11家共计约1000平方米违规建筑尽数拆除，消除了安全隐患。<br/></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.75em; font-family: Helvetica, Droid Sans, Microsoft Yahei, Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 据了解，此次违建整治专项行动从即日起至2024年12月，由市住建委督促检查，各县（市、区）园区住房城乡建设和综合（城管）执法行政主管部门密切配合。以投诉举报明显减少、增量彻底遏制、存量有效消除为整治目标，坚持“属地管理、分类处置、长效治理”原则，从开发建设、房屋销售、物业管理等方面，强化对违法建设行为的管控，通过日常巡查、自查整改、复查监督、依法查处等方式，加大对违法建设行为的整治力度。</p><p><section data-role="outer" class="article135" label="edit by 135editor" style="font-family: Helvetica, Droid Sans, Microsoft Yahei, Arial, sans-serif; 我家几个单元顶层住户，把上楼顶的通道擅自装上门加上锁，然后在上面新建的有水池、鸽蓬等等，那才叫一个自私啊
