margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.75em; font-family: Helvetica, Droid Sans, Microsoft Yahei, Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 办法明确，通过网络向个人销售处方药的，应当确保处方来源真实、可靠，并实行实名制。从事处方药销售的药品网络零售企业，应当在每个药品展示页面下突出显示“处方药须凭处方在药师指导下购买和使用”等风险警示信息。处方药销售前，应当向消费者充分告知相关风险警示信息，并经消费者确认知情。药品网络零售企业应当将处方药与非处方药区分展示，并在相关网页上显著标示处方药、非处方药。药品网络零售企业在处方药销售主页面、首页面不得直接公开展示处方药包装、标签等信息。通过处方审核前，不得展示说明书等信息，不得提供处方药购买的相关服务。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.75em; font-family: Helvetica, Droid Sans, Microsoft Yahei, Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 在电子处方管理上，办法规定，药品网络零售企业应当与电子处方提供单位签订协议，对已经使用的电子处方进行标记，避免处方重复使用。第三方平台承接电子处方的，应当对电子处方提供单位的情况进行核实，并签订协议。药品网络零售企业接收的处方为纸质处方影印版本的，应当采取有效措施避免处方重复使用。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 10px; text-align: justify; font-size: 18px; line-height: 1.75em; font-family: Helvetica, Droid Sans, Microsoft Yahei, Arial, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 购买药品时，消费者应根据自身情况或医嘱理性购买；购买处方药时，须凭医师处方经执业药师审核通过后方可购买。药品到货后，要查看药品外包装有无破损；核对药品实物与包装、说明书、购买时所展示的药品详情是否一致；查看标签或者说明书是否载明药品的通用名称、主治功能、用法用量以及注意事项等内容。同时注意，某些药品在储存温度上有特殊要求的，在严寒、酷暑天气里，要看药品的送货条件是否能保障适宜温度。消费者使用药品后一旦出现异常反应要立即停药观察，如出现严重异常反应要立即就医。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
