居民家庭申请低保边缘家庭认定，<strong>由共同生活的家庭成员作为申请人，向户籍所在地乡镇人民政府（街道办事处）提出书面申请。</strong>提供户口簿、身份证原件和复印件，家庭成员收入、家庭住房状况、婚姻状况等证明材料。授权有关部门对申请人和共同生活的家庭成员及其法定赡养人、抚养人进行经济状况核查。</span></p><p style="text-align:
