16px;">开展第二批乡村水务示范县建设，目的在于按照四川水利高质量发展“3226”工作思路，科学构建与乡村振兴相协调的完备水网体系和现代化水管理体系。通过三年建设，示范县农村自来水普及率达到90%以上、规模化供水率（规模化供水工程覆盖农村人口比例）达到80%以上（三州地区千人以上供水工程覆盖人口比例达到80%以上），水质合格率与当地城市供水接近，以“三个责任”为核心的农村供水保障责任体系全面建立，“三项制度”全面落实、有名有实，水价形成和水费收缴机制更加健全，农村集中供水工程水费收缴率达到98%以上，工程规范化管理达标率100%。农村水利“投建管运”机制基本建立，县级乡村水务平台公司做大做强。水利基层服务体系进一步完善，农村水利工程长效管护机制建立，管护资金有效落实。</span></section><section
