绵阳太极制药厂（游仙东路）、芙蓉金城小区1.2.3期、芙蓉金座小区、公汽司修理厂（包括家属区）、绵阳市游仙区消防救援大队、人和山水小区、绵阳师范学院（游仙校区）、绵阳职业技术学院等区域。其他供水区域实行降压供水。
