16px;">全市各经营者及相关单位：</span></p><section style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2023年元旦、春节将至，为维护正常市场价格秩序，确保“两节”期间市场重要民生商品和防疫用品价格平稳有序，切实保障消费者合法权益，现对规范市场价格行为和价格秩序提醒告诫如下：</span></section><p style="line-height:2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">一、各经营者要严格执行《中华人民共和国价格法》《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》《规范促销行为暂行规定》《明码标价和禁止价格欺诈规定》等价格法律法规及政策规定，</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">切实加强价格自律管理，配合政府有关部门做好保供稳价工作，自觉维护良好的市场价格秩序。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">二、各经营者在出售商品或提供服务时，应当严格按照规定明码标价，</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">如实注明商品的品名、产地、规格、等级、计价单位、价格或者服务的项目、收费标准、政策依据等有关情况。价签、价目表、公示牌的内容不得漏标、错标、模糊不清，不得在标价之外加价收取未标明的费用。通过网络等方式销售商品或者提供服务的，应当通过网络页面以文字、图像等方式明码标价。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">三、各经营者要依法开展促销活动。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">不得使用欺骗性和误导性的语言、文字、图片、计量单位等标价、虚假标价、两套价格、模糊标价、虚假折扣、虚构原价、误导性价格标示等诱导消费者进行交易；采取价外馈赠方式销售商品和提供服务，要如实标示馈赠品的品名和数量，严格履行价格承诺。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">四、各经营者要积极组织货源满足群众生活需求，</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">特别是米面油肉蛋菜奶等民生商品的经营者，要严格控制进销差价在合理范围内，不得单纯以盈利为目的大幅涨价,严禁趁节日期间大幅提高米面油肉蛋菜奶等民生商品价格。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">五、各相关经营者不得以任何理由大幅提高“四类药品”（退热、止咳、抗病毒、治感冒）以及抗原检测试剂、家用制氧机、体温计等防疫药品用品价格。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">不得捏造、散布涨价信息，囤积居奇，哄抬价格，推动商品价格过高、过快上涨；不得通过强制搭售其他商品，变相大幅度提高防疫药品用品价格；不得相互串通，操纵市场价格，损害其他经营者或者消费者合法权益。网络交易平台要加强对平台内经营者经营行为的监测管控，发现违反有关法律法规行为的，应当采取必要处置措施，保存有关信息记录，依法承担起相应义务和责任。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">六、各经营者要自觉遵守相关法律法规，建立和完善内部价格管理纠错机制，及时妥善处理价格纠纷。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">行业协会或其他单位不得组织经营者串通涨价，操纵市场价格，要积极引导合法经营，共同维护市场价格秩序。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;"><br/></span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">自本提醒告诫发布之日起，视为公开告诫不得囤积居奇，并已履行告诫程序，市场监管不再单独告诫。各经营者应当立即开展自查自纠，进一步规范价格行为。全市各级市场监管部门要压实属地监管责任，持续开展价格监管工作，加强重要民生商品、农副产品、防疫药品用品、高端白酒、旅游服务和电商平台等重点领域价格监管，依法严厉查处价格串通、哄抬物价、价格欺诈、不按规定明码标价等价格违法行为，维护市场价格和经营秩序稳定。</span></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><br/></p><p style="line-height:2em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">广大消费者和社会各界对市场价格行为予以监督，若发现价格违法行为，请保存好票据凭证等证据资料，并拨打电话</span><strong><span style="font-size:
