1、填写信息。有2种方式：一是登录“全国征兵网”点击“兵役登记”栏目，按要求真实、完整填写个人基本信息；二是到所在乡镇（街道）、学校武装部设立的兵役登记站进行现场登记。初次兵役登记后，有参军意向的可直接参加网上应征报名。</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="color:#3f3f3f;"> 2、打印表格。信息填写完整后，下载并打印《男性公民兵役登记表》。</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="color:#3f3f3f;"> 3、现场确认。青年本人持《男性公民兵役登记表》，携带身份证（户口簿）、毕业证（学历证明）、2张1寸免冠红底证件照，到乡镇（街道）、学校武装部现场确认。本人因特殊原因不能亲自前往的，可以书面委托其亲属或者所在单位代为递交确认。</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="color:#3f3f3f;"> 2、男性应征青年完成网上登记报名后，从户籍所在地应征报名的到所在乡镇（街道）武装部现场登记核验；从绵阳市内各高校应征报名的到所在高校征兵工作站现场登记核验；从经常居住地应征报名的需持居住证到应征地县级征兵办公室现场登记核验。</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="color:#3f3f3f;"> 《中华人民共和国兵役法》第五十七条规定：有服兵役义务的公民有下列行为之一的，由县级人民政府责令限期改正；逾期不改正的，由县级人民政府强制其履行兵役义务，并处以罚款：</span></p><p style="line-height:1.75em;"><span style="color:#3f3f3f;"> 1、拒绝、逃避兵役登记的；</span></p><p
