2px;">“双通道”管理药品是指医疗保障行政部门规定的可由定点医疗机构和定点零售药店“双通道”供药保障的药品，包括国家谈判药品、高值药品、***术后抗排异药品。这些药品大多数为价值较高，治疗肿瘤、罕见病等特殊重症的药品，价格经过国家谈判等方式较之前大幅度降低，大大缓解了参保群众“无钱买药”和“无药可买”的状况。这些药品由于其管理和使用的特殊性，基本在少数定点医疗机构才能够处方使用，参保人员购药较为不便。</span></section><section 2px;">为进一步优化我市营商环境，拓宽国家谈判、高值药品等购药渠道，方便参保群众就近购药，借鉴前期在我市主城区开展“双通道”供药的经验做法，2022年，市医保局根据国家、省有关文件，在积极调查研究的基础上，印发了《绵阳市基本医疗保险“双通道”定点零售药店遴选管理办法（试行）》，并开展了2022年度“双通道”定点零售药店遴选。此次遴选按照“客观公正、实事求是”的评审原则，经过药店申请，县（市、区）、园区医保经办机构初审，市医疗保险事务中心复审，结果公示等程序，遴选出14家药店作为我市“双通道”定点零售药店。</span><span
