249);">2016年4月至2020年1月，罗少波通过签订虚假合同的方式套取资金110.5万元，其中104.5万元用于违规接待报销、购买名特产品送礼等费用支出，6万元用于班子成员违规发放津补贴。罗少波还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍、开除公职，其涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。</span></span></p><p><br/></p><section !important;">二、攀枝花市公共交通有限责任公司原党委书记、董事长、总经理余哲斌违规收受礼金问题。</strong>2016年至2022年，余哲斌多次收受下属所送礼金共计12.3万元。余哲斌还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍、解除劳动合同，其涉嫌犯罪问题移送检察机关依法审查起诉。</span></section><section><br/></section><section !important;">三、平武县光大国有投资（集团）有限公司原董事长、总经理张晓斌收受管理服务对象礼金问题。</strong>2015年至2021年，张晓斌多次收受管理服务对象以拜年、探望等名义所送礼金共计35万元。张晓斌还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍、开除公职，判处有期徒刑四年六个月并处罚金25万元。</span></section><section><br/></section><section !important;">四、泸州市西南云海公司党支部书记孙永鹏违规兼职取酬问题。</strong>2019年1月至2020年11月，孙永鹏在兼任泸州市高新投资集团下属控股子公司国久大数据公司董事长期间，通过报销交通费、进城费等形式套取资金共计2.92万元，用于违规发放自身兼职报酬。孙永鹏还存在其他违规违纪问题，被给予党内严重警告处分。</span></section><section><br/></section><section !important;">五、四川航空股份有限公司天府分公司原党委书记、副总经理，基建指挥部原总经理周德廷收受贿赂问题。</strong>2018年至2021年，周德廷利用职务便利，为他人在工程承包、推荐工程分包、工作招录等方面谋取利益，与他人共同或者个人单独收受贿赂3000余万元。周德廷还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍、解除劳动合同，判处有期徒刑十三年六个月并处罚金300万元。</span></section><section><br/></section><section !important;">六、四川能投文旅公司原党支部书记、董事长周平双盲目扩张业务问题。</strong>2016年至2019年，周平双擅自决定重大生产经营事项，未经充分可行性论证和项目投资经济评审，不顾公司有关人员反对和质疑，实际投资10亿余元仓促上马某度假区项目，导致该项目面临重大损失风险。周平双还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍，取消退休待遇，其涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。</span></section><section><br/></section><section !important;">七、高县农业文化旅游产业投资经营管理有限责任公司原董事长王世辉违规决策问题。</strong>2020年10月，王世辉未经集体决策且未报主管部门同意，违规出资400万元与宜宾市某建筑材料公司成立合资公司，并收受该公司价值8.1万元的股份。王世辉还存在其他严重违纪违法问题，被开除党籍、开除公职，其涉嫌犯罪问题被移送检察机关依法审查起诉。</span></section><section><br/></section><section
