会上，区教育工会以《深入开展集体协商 助力涪城教育强区》为题做经验交流，分享区教育工会长期坚持推行集体协商“五到位”工作法开展民办幼儿园行业集体协商工作取得的显著成效，对集体协商的具体运维模式做了讲解。</p><p>
市总工会社会保障和女工部吴伟民部长充分肯定涪城区集体协商工作开展情况。指出2023年是贯彻落实推进企业依法普遍开展集体协商工作三年任务的关键年，并对全市集体协商工作开展情况进行了通报，要求各级工会要当好集体合同制度的推动者，当好职工权益维护的代言者，当好集体协商的践行者。</p><p>
