0px;">2014年至2021年期间，罗太贵与村党委副书记、村委会副主任刘兴刚，村纪委书记罗兴莉，村“两委”委员蒋维涛等人集体决定，从项目经费中虚列开支9.3万元；其中，6.93万元用于解决违规吃喝产生的费用,1.46万元用于违规发放津补贴，0.91 万元用于工作开支。2022年11月，罗太贵被给予党内严重警告处分，刘兴刚、罗兴莉、蒋维涛被分别给予党内警告处分；并收缴上述四人违纪所得。</span></span></p></section><section style="margin-right: 8px;margin-bottom: 24px;margin-left: 8px;outline: 0px;letter-spacing: 0px;">上述通报的5起典型问题，反映出在持续正风肃纪反腐的高压态势下，仍有少数党员干部不收敛不收手，顶风违纪。</span>党的二十大对锲而不舍纠治“四风”作出新部署，释放了作风建设只有进行时、没有完成时的强烈信号。全市各级党组织要发扬彻底的自我革命精神，始终将中央八项规定精神作为长期有效的铁规矩、硬杠杠，把高的标准立起来，把严的要求落下去。全市各级纪检监察机关要把纠治“四风”情况作为检验工作成效的重要标尺，持之以恒正风肃纪反腐。要把纠治形式主义、官僚主义摆在更加突出位置，精准治理不作为乱作为慢作为、加重基层负担等突出问题；要对享乐主义、奢靡之风露头就打，紧盯违规公款吃喝、在隐蔽场所接受宴请、以电子红包和快递物流方式送礼、违规操办婚丧喜庆事宜等多发问题，加强监督检查，从严从重查处违规违纪行为，以有力有效举措推动广大党员干部坚决落实“三个务必”，廉洁奉公树立新风，为加快建设中国科技城、全力打造成渝副中心提供坚强保障。</span></p><h1
