style="outline: 0px;color: rgb(61, 96, 171);font-size: 17px;">（三）组织设置并保持收集容器完好、整洁；出现破旧、污损或者数量不足的，及时维修、更换、清洗或者补设；</span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;outline: 0px;"><span style="outline: 0px;color:
