                                                宣教中心（智慧环卫居家馆）拥有生活垃圾分类宣传、科普教育、生活垃圾投放、生活垃圾分类便民服务、环卫工人休息服务、可回收物和有害垃圾暂存和中转等功能。居家馆中柜子分门别类，可以存放纸板、金属、书报、纤维、塑料等可回收物。每个智慧居家馆都配备一名垃圾分类管理员，日常进行专职管理，对群众指导实施精准分类，向居民们发放垃圾分类宣传资料，告知居民如何将垃圾科学分类并准确投放，解说如何进行垃圾分类、分类后如何处理等知识。</p><p style="text-indent:2em">

                                                该科普基地利用楼房村生活垃圾卫生填埋场终场封场工程，对垃圾堆体整形、填埋气体导排、渗滤液收集处理、封场覆盖、绿化与植被恢复，种植绿植2000余株，绿地面积约13.8万平米，基地于2020年建成，占地面积16.7公顷。通过对原垃圾堆体进行植被恢复和景观再造，建设步道、廊道和景观亭，改善生态环境，现作为环境教育基地为市民开放。</p><p style="text-indent:2em">

                                                该基地利用社区党群服务中心一层巷道、二层楼顶闲置户外场地建设，布设面积约700平方米，预计投资约80万元。一楼巷道立面空间部分，以主题造型方式，宣传习近平总书记关于垃圾分类工作重要讲话精神，中央、省、市相关工作要求、目标任务，展现经开区垃圾分类工作开展成效，展示可回收垃圾再利用成果。二楼平面空间部分，设置11项宣传设施、互动游戏设施、图文展板等，对生活垃圾的产生、危害、分类投放、处理、再生利用进行全流程宣传。同时，兼顾周边居民休闲活动需要，设置了休闲木平台、打卡拍照装置2项设施，营造良好的生活垃圾分类宣教体验氛围。</p><p style="text-indent:2em">

                                                该基地于2021年建成，作为分类投放、分类收集、分类运输、分类处理的闭环系统工程，将城市各个分类收集站的可回收物通过分类运输进入分类处理集散中心进行再生资源体系循环利用，实现环卫网和再生资源网深度融合，通过精分提高可回收物的资源化利用率。同时，通过大数据、物联网完善追溯可回收物的资源化利用精准数据，为国家推行“无废城市”和“3060双碳计划”提供降污减碳和节能减排行业贡献。</p><p style="text-indent:2em">

                                                该基地总投资为6.24亿元，占地约127亩。项目投产后年处理城市生活垃圾近40万吨，年发电量约1.6亿度，年节约标煤约4万吨，年减排二氧化碳约10万吨，减排二氧化硫、氯化氢等有毒气体约210吨，减排氮氧化物约280吨；垃圾焚烧后体积量减少95%。该基地设置体验区3个展示功能科普板块。第一板块“变废为宝”；将日常生活废品（如：废纸、废瓶、废易拉罐、废木等）手工制作成小摆件、玩具和展示画展示。第二板块“废水处理流程”；全面展示了垃圾渗滤液的处理成果，从渗滤液原液-调节池-厌氧-消化池-超滤-纳滤-清液的全程变化状态。第三板块“垃圾焚烧处理流程”；将生活垃圾从收集到焚烧再到后续废气、废水、废渣处理的全流程展示。</p><p style="text-indent:2em">

                                                北川生活垃圾填埋场由山东省烟台市对口援建，总投资5299.87万元。项目总占地93亩，填埋场总库容约65万立方米，设计处理垃圾规模130吨/日，渗滤液处理能力100方/日，采用卫生填埋工艺，设计服务年限12年，主要服务范围为北川城区及各乡镇。2014年建成投运，目前已使用库容约43.5万立方，剩余库容约21.5万立方，日均处理垃圾约100方、渗滤液约70方，2021年北川生活垃圾填埋场经省住建厅评估为一级。</p><p style="text-indent:2em">

                                                该基地餐厨废弃物处置能力达100吨/日，釆用生化处理工艺对餐厨废弃物进行无害化处置。覆盖江油城区及周边重点乡镇，日处理量也由最初的几吨提升至几十吨。光红公司设收运部、生产部、业务部、技术服务部、昆虫养殖部五个部门和办公室，配备31辆专用回收车。逐步推进乡镇和小区的餐厨废弃物集中收集处置工作，积极响应垃圾分类以及循环利用，实现社会效益、环境效益和经济效益的有机统一。</p><p style="text-indent:2em">

有句话叫啥子拉屎表面光。你去小区看看小区居民投放在垃圾分类箱里的垃圾。垃圾车是分开来拉的还是都装一起拉走的。面子工程没花自己的钱
