全省“小三级”工会建设现场推进会在绵举行

color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-size: 16px; text-shadow: none; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">会议强调，“小三级”工会是工会组织体系构架的重要基础，是工会联系服务职工群众的前沿阵地，要切实提高政治站位，深刻认识“小三级”工会的地位作用，准确把握“小三级”工会建设的形势任务，坚持党的全面领导，引领职工群众听党话跟党走。要坚持分类施策，扩大组织覆盖，推动各级工会应建尽建，最大限度把农民工、新就业形态劳动者等吸收进来、稳固下来。要紧盯规范运行，完善制度机制，学习借鉴成都市“评星定级”、绵阳市“四有四强”等经验做法，创新评估制度。要聚焦主责主业，切实履行职责，用好用活中国工人大思政课、劳模工匠宣讲等载体，广泛开展劳动和技能竞赛，加快建设适应新质生产力发展的新型劳动大军。要围绕难点堵点，强化人力、经费、阵地等工作保障，注重统筹协调，加强组织领导，深入基层、深入一线加强指导服务，宣传推广典型案例，切实凝聚工作合力。</span></p></section><section class="_135editor" data-role="paragraph"><p style="line-height: 1.5em;"><span style="font-weight: 400;
